The ATHENIANS SPEECH AND EVALUATION CONTEST

** The ATHENIANS SPEECH AND EVALUATION CONTEST is on this coming Tuesday - 24th March 2009!!! **

 Not since the famous Athenian coup of 411BC will more Athenians front up against each other and compete for the power and respect of their fellow Athenians as well as the chance to progress on to the Area contests whereby the best would represent our club.....

The Athenians Committee would like to sincerely thank both Div B Governor, Freddie Daniels, and our own beloved Paul Carroll for running what could only be described as a superb Workshop!!  If any of you Athenians missed it, then you should be head-butting the nearest available concrete surface right about now. It not only imparted vital information / knowledge to new and advanced members alike but also gave us practical tips, advice and skills in relation to how to approach, write and prepare speeches and how to evaluate a speech properly all of which are so important!!!
