On Monday 6 October 2008, the winners of the recent Club Contests (Athenians Contest was on 16 Sept 2008) gathered at the Haven in Ealing Broadway, spiritual home of Trojan Speakers Club, to battle it out for the Area 29 Contest and the right to represent the Area at the Divisional Contest later on (22 October 2008).

Our club acknowledges the fact that high quality evaluations and constructive feedback enable speakers and functionaries at Athenians to develop quicker and further than others by raising their games to higher levels and better performances.  That is why we devoted our meeting on Tuesday night (30 Sept) to an Evaluations Workshop run by our finest evaluators!!
